Please join us—on Monday 9/13 from 12:10–1pm for our (virtual) community meeting, and launch of the 2021-2022 program for IHD.  We will provide some updates on Institute activities and programs, including:  the new Transdisciplinary Early Learning Science & Child Policy Program; the Adolescent Research Collaborative; and the growing (broader) vision and mission of helping to integrate developmental science in BWW and across campus. We will also preview some of the upcoming colloquia talks. We will also discuss ideas for in-person and hybrid meetings/colloquia.

We would also like to extend this invitation for interested students, researchers, faculty, and the broader community interested in learning more about IHD and opportunities to become more involved in developmental research (and science informed practices and policies) impacting children, adolescents, their families and communities).

The past 18 months have created many challenges. While we continue to face many ongoing challenges, the coming year is also creating exciting opportunities. We are hoping to build and strengthen collaborations and engage in a larger shared mission—advancing a more interdisciplinary and integrative developmental science and its use to improve practices and policies for children, adolescents, and their families. We look forward to re-connecting, meeting new colleagues, and hearing about new ideas.
